What you'd do
- Assist in preparing structural and MEP plans, sections, elevations, details, and other drafting tasks under the supervision of a Project Engineer.
- Prepare shop drawings for plant fabrication using Revit.
- Create detailed drawings for shop installations and site-built conditions.
- Provide calculations for design specifications as needed.
- Research building codes and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support multiple projects at various stages, ensuring quality in all deliverables.
- Participate in weekly design meetings to discuss progress and requirements.
- Join team members for on-site project observations, including travel to other Z Modular locations.
- Promote healthy and safe work practices in compliance with company policy and regulatory standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What they want
- Completion of junior year of a Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering program.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Knowledge and experience with Revit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to travel for the Internship Summit, hosted at a Zekelman Industries location.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

About Zekelman Industries
