Job Description

What you'd do
- Build and maintain three-statement financial models and earnings forecasts for leveraged issuers.
- Conduct fundamental credit analysis, including assessment of business risk, industry dynamics, financial performance, capital structure, and covenant protections.
- Develop relative value frameworks to compare investment opportunities across issuers, industries, and capital structures.
- Prepare credit recommendation memoranda incorporating financial, credit, and relative value analyses for use in evaluating primary and secondary loan market opportunities.
- Support portfolio monitoring through earnings reviews, company updates, and ongoing credit surveillance.
- Develop an understanding of the bank loan, CLO, and broader fixed income markets through market research, investment discussions, and interaction with portfolio managers and analysts.
