What you'd do
- 1 - 4 years of sales, operations, or similar experience and a BA.
- A passion for experimentation and craft: you multiply your leverage with AI, try new tools, and refuse to stop until you get it right.
- Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, financial services, or similarly rigorous orgs).
- High ownership and accountability—you take responsibility for getting the job done.
- Strong knowledge of the talent market—where to find excellent builders, and how to speak their language.
- Operational excellence—you know how to run a disciplined search and coach hiring managers along the way.
- Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
- A bias toward action and sense of ownership.
