What you'd do
- Open to all majors, with a strong preference for candidates pursuing degrees in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
- Ideal candidates are those passionate about building a career in the dynamic world of financial services.
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain professional relationships within a diverse network.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly, adapt seamlessly to evolving environments, and proactively take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding others in both formal and informal contexts.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and driving results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and across varied experiences and backgrounds.
- At this time Vanguard is only considering candidates that will not now, or in the future, need sponsorship or other immigration support to obtain U.S. work authorization
- This program is a full-time, paid summer internship
- The start date for this program will be May/June 2027
