What they want

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Expected graduation between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Coursework, academic projects, internship experience, or personal experience in one or more of the following areas: Python, SQL, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Cloud Computing (AWS or Azure), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Machine Learning (ML).
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and concepts.
