What you'd do
- You will learn how to design solutions and lead innovative software-based systems that will drive the next generation of growth for the aviation industry.
- You will learn about the aviation market and how communication systems are critical to airline operations.
- You will learn to develop solutions with cross-discipline engineering teams.
- You will learn engineering in a critical, high-availability system.
- You will learn how to configure and install various network security devices and services (e.g., stateful firewalls, web application firewalls (WAFs), SIEM, AA, IDS/IPS, DDoS, Anti-Malware/Anti-Virus Protection).
What they want
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.
- Experience in IP Networks, and network management concepts.
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a productive and committed work effort, meeting deadlines and managing workload.
- Must be able to use independent judgment to make decisions in day-to-day job responsibilities most of the time, under general supervision.
- Experience with engineering reliability and availability.
