The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
In this role, you will be a dedicated resource to focus on improving Chaska’s manufacturing processes, which is vital for Entegris to maintain its cost effectiveness and maintain its expected lead times.
What you'd do
- Evaluate manufacturing set up times and inefficiencies.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to mitigate production capacity issues and reduce set-up times.
- Work to improve manufacturing processes and drive change.
- Evaluate process times and work to understand production and implement solutions to drive change.
- Self-driven, creative and motivated individual that can work independently or in a team environment.
- The ability to deliver results in a timely manner that meet the organization standards.
- Collaborate with others to foster effective teamwork by linking own responsibilities to the team’s goals and needs - zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences
