The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking an IT Portfolio and Project Management Co Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration.
The Co-Op opportunity at Entegris within the Portfolio & Project Management team is unique and exciting for anyone wishing to become a skilled project manager. The Portfolio and Project Management intern will focus on supporting key areas within our Portfolio and Project Management Office (PMO).

Currently pursuing a degree in Business information systems (IS), computer science.
What you'd do
- Create, review and refine existing PMO processes and documentation to be used in training and project methodology execution
- Enhance our current PPM tools by partnering with PMO staff to assist in requirement documentation and project execution
- Test and implement changes within our core PPM tools
- Aid in the identification of key gaps and pain points in the existing PPM toolkit, in partnership with PMO staff
- Support PPM Projects and initiatives
- Assist Project Managers in resource planning by using the Resource Capacity Planning tools built on the Power Platform, PowerBI and Smartsheet
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and PowerBI
- Proficiency in MS Applications
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Confluence
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
