Internship Overview/Summary:
The purpose of this internship is to give a college student the opportunity to see all aspects of the IT Business Solutions department at FNB. This would include but not be limited to: exposure to executive management within the business lines and IT leadership. Trained in our service management application and process. Help facilitate the flow of request to ensure we are meeting customer needs an assist closing requests to ensure that all requirements for compliance with audit are being met. Assist in quarterly internal review of our applications that support multiple business lines across the bank.

- Participate in the Change Management Meetings
- Participate in system training and given the opportunity to shadow employees while they do tasks within their specific system applications
- Assist with quarterly Audit reviews
- Work within our ticketing system to help open and close LOB requests
- Spend time interacting with other FNB business partners which may include: IT, Fraud/ Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Accounting
- Have the opportunity to attend and observe FNB workplace presentations
